Damaged socket. Emailed to see how to send back: no reply. I couldn’t get through on the phone. A year later and you ask me for feedback? Really?
Quality is pretty poor but my son loved them unfortunately one stopped working after a few weeks.
Took my money didn’t send goods and had to get my bank to reclaim the money back. Order elsewhere.

My experience has been frustrating. I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt with being busy or short staffed but this has been three weeks now. One trainer arrived faulty with not charging and the fire not lighting up. The other one works fine so I know it’s fault and not anything I am doing to charge it. I have struggled ever since to communicate with this company. Telephone number doesn’t work. I received no response from the support email address provided and the final communication method which is online chat has stopped working. I have received no conclusion to having paid £30 for a pair of children’s trainers three weeks ago. Complete waste of money and dreadful customer service.
