My granddaughter loves light up training shoes.
Paid for next day delivery. Item got shipped from England to Ireland and sat for 2 days. Finally received item to find out one of the pairs had a faulty LED. I contacted support showing images of the LED that won't light up. As far I have had no response.
All handling etc fine. Regrettably one shoe is faulty and the lights are not charging. Please contact me re procedure for a replacement. Its the right shoe. The other pair are fine.
Son loves them! work as they should..very good battery life,very surprised..
I'm afraid after about half an hour after my son was wearing them the left foot stopped flashing, I thought it just needed charging but I'm afraid not ....it just won't flash!! I have emailed but not heard back yet?! That was 5 days ago. My son very disappointed.
