HOW DO I TURN MY SHOES ON/OFF?

 

Located on the inside of your LED Shoes is a charging port. Press directly below the charging port to turn the lights on. To turn off the lights, press and hold the same button until the lights go off. You can also use the remote to turn the Flashez ON/OFF.

 

HOW MANY COLOUR OPTIONS DO LED SHOES COME WITH?

 

Flashez are designed with 7 LED static colour options that are available in Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Aqua, & White. In addition, Flashez also has 1 LED strobe setting and 2 LED colour changing options that rotate through each of the 7 colours.

 

WHERE ARE FLASH WEAR BASED?

 

We are based in the UK in thee heart of the West Midlands, All our products are in stock and delivered from our UK warehouse.

 

IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE WHAT CAN I DO?

 

Simply contact us and we will be happy to exchange them, you can contact us via email, chat or phone.

 

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

 

Yes you can choose next day delivery which will be delivered by Royal Mail on a 24 hour tracked service.

 

ARE LED SHOES WATERPROOF? 

 

Not entirely, a little rain is fine but submerging them in water will damage the LED circuit and battery.

 

I HAVE BEEN WEARING MY LIGHT UP SHOES ALOT AND THE BATTERY IS NOT LASTING AS LONG AS IT USE TO?

 

Great, we are so happy they are your favourite choice of footwear, you can purchase replacement batteries if they not longer are charging or the battery is not lasting as long as it was.

 

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT, HOW CAN I GET IT?

 

We hate waiting, too, but this happens sometimes. Email: [email protected] and we will let you know when they will be restocked.

 

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

 

We will attempt to make size modifications on any orders once they are placed. Contact us immediately if a size change needs to be made. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes. Also, we will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.

MY LED SHOES ARE OUT OF WARRANTY BUT I WANT THEM REPAIRED?

 

No problem! we are always here to help, go to the 'contact us' page and email us the problem your experiencing and we will do all we can to rectify your shoes.

 

I BOUGHT SOME LED TRAINERS FROM SOMEONE ELSE BUT THEY DO NOT WORK?

 

Good news! we can fix them, as long as the LED bulbs are not defective.

 

HOW DO I RESET MY TRAINERS IF ONE IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY?

 

Simply hold the red button in for 10 seconds (the button is situated the side of the charger port)

 

DO YOU SHIP TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK?

 

Yes we ship to all of Europe for an additional charge using Royal Mail Air.
