I ordered a pair of trainers for my sons birthday but the wrong size was sent. I couldn’t get in touch with anybody at customer service, the phone number was never answered, it was automated and hung up. The emails were never answered. I ordered another pair in the hope of receiving the correct size this time, and followed the instructions on the website on how to return the item. I never received a refund but was sent another pair, the incorrect size again! I sent this one back in the same way, as per instructions on the website, and yet again didn’t hear anything. I couldn’t get through to anyone. Eventually I had to apply for a refund through PayPal for the £89. This is the only way I eventually got my money back. I have still never heard from the company. I will never shop with them again and certainly would not recommend them.
Rubbish, didn't turn up
the trainers aarrived faulty.....right one does not work/flash. On the 22.03 I have informed you via email about faulty product.....no answer, I tried to call.......no answer - I could only leave voice message, chat online..... no one answers...I spent 50f and shoes are faulty and no answer from you...
The left shoe of the first pair that arrived stopped working after the first use, but the replacement ones that were sent work great. Strangely the left one still isn't quite as perky as the right one and doesn't seem to last anywhere near as long (from fully charged it lasts about an hour and a half before it turns off, and I can get a few more minutes out of it but have to keep turning it on again). I like the stretchy material around the ankle, makes them great for slipping on and off.
One of the trainers is not working and the recharging switch is faulty We e mailed last week to seek a solution to the problem and so far have received no response.
