Light-up Fur Jacket

Not impressed - Money stollen

Not happy at all and would discourage anyone from purchasing from this store unless you wish to have your money taken and zero customer support or ability to even return items! Let me explain.... I purchased a Fur LED jacket and Waterproof LED jacket a few months ago in begining of May (Spent £80). Only the fur LED jacket arrived and I have tried on mutiple occassions via email and online chat to get someone to responde and resolve this matter of the missing waterproof led jacket... BUT NOTHING. After a few weeks of no replies, I decided to try return the LED fur jacket in begining of June and at least try get my money back for this item. I automatically received a automatically generated ating "Your return request was sent. Your return request was sent and is being reviewed. We'll email you once it's been completed" - No surprise but I have not received any further emails or instructions on how to return my item etc....And I dont beleive I will hear from anyone either. So I strongly discourage anyone to purchase from here as sadly they are not providing a professional service and it will be at your own risk as items may not even be sent and your certainly cant return anything. Such as shame as I really wanted my items!
